Iowa law requires Private Investigators be licensed when practicing in the State of Iowa. If you suspect someone of operating without a license, per the recommendation of the Iowa Department of Public Safety, please notify your local law enforcement agency to investigate the situation.

Please also advise our current Association President so they are aware of the situation.
